It's a tiered, poly chiffon ....... a couple of imperfections, a tiny mark and an even tinier pin hole on the back but nothing serious, I mean the awesome print makes up for it. The elastic is loose around the cuffs of the sheer sleeves. Fastens with a rear zip. Pictured here on a size 10 mannequin, labelled a 40, measurements are chest up to 36" waist up to 32" length shoulder to hem 42.5" approx size 10/12/14 depending on the fit preferred
